This newly built very pretty villa is situated at the top of a hill with fantastic views over the countryside and down to the sea from its swimming pool (6m x 3m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) and sun terraces. With a backdrop of mountains and no other house in the immediate vicinity Algarrobo is very private and romantic. The village of Frigiliana (with a small selection of shops and restaurants) is just 3 km away whilst the beach and many amenities of Nerja are just 12-15 min drive away. Inside the house is cosy comfortable and very well equipped. The lounge and bedrooms are all air conditioned and heated at no extra charge making this an ideal choice at any time of year. The house is reached via a short but steep concreted track with easy flat parking just behind the villa. Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with enclosed fireplace basic satellite TV and DVD open plan kitchen with full cooker fridge microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside by BBQ). Half flight of stairs down to a twin bedroom with shower/WC. Stairs up from lounge to double bedroom and shower/WC. BBQ to side of the house. Weekly cleaning and linen change.
