Pool-side shower. Shady terrace. BBQ. Friendly owner and her dogs live in left-hand wing of the property with own fenced garden (the dogs do not roam). Owner may occasionally use pool when clients are out, and has access to independent room to right of property.

Living room extends onto terrace through sliding glass doors, a cool room with tiled floor, sofa and armchairs, farmhouse dining table and 4 antique chairs. Compact kitchen with picture window overlooking small terrace full of plants, not for clients' access. Pantry off kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
