Villa Description

Bela Vista occupies an elevated position in the countryside between the villages of Bordeira (approx. 3km) and Santa Barbara (approx. 4km) and just over 1km from Quita das Raposeiras estate, where there is a café and tennis courts for hire. It is ideal for families who want a peaceful villa in beautiful surroundings, but within easy reach of small shops, bars and restaurants. There are wonderful views towards the coast from many parts of the extensive garden. Bela Vista also has a large private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2.4m, with roman steps) with sun terraces, and which are handily walled and gated and reached via a short pathway through the garden from the villa. Inside, the house is traditionally but very comfortably furnished in typical Portuguese style with parquet floorings and is very well equipped.

Two storeys. Downstairs is a lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD, country-style kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and utility room with washing machine. Glazed patio with BBQ and dining area for cooler evenings. One double and one twin bedroom and a full bathroom, plus a further cloakroom/WC. Upstairs is a large single bedroom (with extra bed for a child), en suite shower/WC and a large balcony. There is also a further BBQ and outside dining terrace at the rear of the house, alongside the pathway leading to the pool area.

Maid service twice weekly and linen/towel change weekly. Thursday changeover.
