One of the best known developments in the small resort of Cala San Vicente, Ca’n Botana has long been extremely popular with discerning British holiday makers who appreciate the highly convenient location just 250m from the beach of Cala Molins in this pretty and relaxing village. The spacious villas enjoy a privileged position on a pine-clad hillside above the beach and just 700m from the centre of Cala San Vicente, where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

There are 12 semi-detached villas built on the hillside around the large swimming pool (14m x 6m, depth 0.8m to 2m, with ladder and separated children’s area) and sun terraces – villas 1 to 6 are above the pool and 7-12 lower down with fewer steps. If you require a particular villa number we will endeavour to book this for you. The proximity of the beach and resort makes Ca’n Botana a great spot for families in high season, but it is equally popular with couples looking for peace and seclusion outside the school holiday period. There is a bus service to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, but car hire is recommended for exploring more of the area, especially in low season.

Four bedroom Villa (Sleeps 9): Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with extra bed available if required, fireplace, satellite TV and terraces to front and rear, plus a fitted kitchen with fridge, cooker, washing machine and microwave. Upstairs are 4 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Communal BBQ.

Cleaning and towel change twice weekly, linen once. Minimum stay 3 nights, arrive any day.
