This very pleasant country villa is handily situated just 3.5 km from the village of San Jose (where there is a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants) and 3 km from the beach at Ses Boques near Es Cubells on the exclusive South coast of Ibiza, whilst the superb beach of Cala d’Hort is just 10 min drive away. There is also a local shop 5 min walk away. With views over the wooded hills, Can Jaume Torrer is built in typical Ibicencan style and offers a peaceful situation with easy access to beaches, restaurants as well as Ibiza Town and San Antonio (both approx.20 min drive). Lovingly looked after by its proud owner, it offers simple but very comfortable accommodation, and is a very popular with families or a group of friends, many of whom return each year.

Two steps lead down from the terrace to the private swimming pool (9m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 1.8m, with ladder) and sun terraces, with lovely views over the countryside, the coast and towards Formentera.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Sunday changeover.
