Villa C’an Susan is a spacious villa that has been converted from an old farmhouse, and stands in very private, extensive grounds of 6,000 sq.metres in the countryside, approx 3km from the lively centre of San Antonio. With a large swimming pool (9m x 4.5m, with ladder) bordered by sun terraces with a BBQ area, outside shower and shaded dining terrace, it is an ideal house for a group of friends looking for a private villa within easy reach of all the bars, restaurants and clubs of San Antonio. There are distant sea views from the garden and terrace area. Inside, Can Susan is simply but comfortably furnished in a minimalist style, with large rooms offering plenty of space. Car hire is necessary here for trips to the supermarket etc, but the villa is also easily reached by taxi if you don’t want to drive in the evenings.

One storey. Large lounge/dining room with satellite TV with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. 3 steps up to 2 twin bedrooms (extra bed possible in one bedroom) sharing a shower/WC. Further twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, with separate entrance from outside.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
