Located in a wooded valley just 0.5 km from the coast in the La Fustera area (midway between Moraira and Calpe, both approx 4 km), this cosy villa has plenty of charm and privacy to complement its convenient location. The swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) and sun terraces are bordered by hedges and flowering shrubs, making them completely private whilst still enjoying the sun for most of the day. With beamed ceilings, spacious rooms and pleasant furnishings, it is an ideal choice for couples or smaller families wanting to be close to all amenities. The nearest small cove is just 800m away, whilst there are a few bars and a supermarket nearby.

Two storeys. Garage, sun terraces (with outdoor eating area and BBQ) and pool are on the lower level, with steps leading up to the main house. Conservatory with sea views leading into a bright lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD and CD players, archway to kitchen with microwave and washing machine. 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning (€100 per week payable locally if required) and full bathroom.

Pool can be heated, but must be requested in advance- €110 per week, payable on arrival. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
