Casa de la Fuente is a beautifully fitted and luxuriously appointed villa with private pool and sauna set in its own secluded grounds with magnificent views over the countryside. It is situated just 2 miles from the town of San Pedro on the Ronda Road and only 1 mile from Los Arqueros golf. An ideal base for a family holiday or for a golfing or tennis break in the heart of Europe's premier golfing region with some 12 top courses within 10 miles. For those with families and children there are fabulous sandy beaches aqua-parks amusement parks go-karts and much more all within easy travelling distance. Marbella is approx 8 kms away whilst the exclusive marina beach and superb shops and nightlife of Puerto Banus are all just 15 min drive from the house. There is a frequent bus service into San Pedro and onto Puerto Banus/Marbella from a stop near to the villa. Amongst the many fine amenities in this beautiful villa are a private driveway and extensive lawned gardens with electronic gates good sized swimming pool (10m x 5m depth 1.25m to 1.45m with roman steps and heated - please request this facility at the time of booking) large illimunated sun terrace covered terrace and courtyard BBQ and sauna. All the main rooms are air conditioned (with individual controls) at no extra charge. One storey. Large lounge with satellite TV DVD and CD players separate dining room fully equipped kitchen with hob/oven fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier. Three twin one double and one king sized bedrooms all with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms (4 with baths one with walk in shower). Most rooms have lockable patio doors leading to the garden and sun terraces. Guest cloakroom and poolside cloakroom. Cleaning is provided on arrival only with a plentiful supply of spare towels and bed linen provided. Additional maid service also available locally. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day up to 4 July and from 6 September onwards. Saturday changeover only between 5 July - 5 September.
