Handily located in a private, gated residential development of terraced houses just 1km (10-12 min walk) from the beaches and centre of Puerto del Carmen, Casita 6 is a modern, spacious villa with superb sea views from its private pool (8m x 3.5m, with roman steps, pool heated in winter) and terraces. Ideal for couples or a family with children, this house is attractively furnished in a bright, modern style and is well equipped.

Car hire is not essential here, but is recommended if you want to explore more of the island. The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the beautiful, unspoiled Papagayo beaches, Teguise golf course or discovering the many facets of Lanzarote.

One storey. From the parking area steps lead up to the terraces and private pool, then up to the villa. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV (with limited Sky channels), CD player and patio doors onto a shaded dining terrace with BBQ and sea views. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Double bedroom with ceiling fan, patio doors and en suite shower/WC. Further twin bedroom with ceiling fan and separate full bathroom. Free safe.

Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
