The properties are a short 2 km cycle from the beaches and the centre of the village of Messanges is 1 km where you will find shops and restaurants. Situated near La Prade pond, in the heart of the landaise forest, this estate has 12 semi detached houses with private garden and a shared heated outdoor swimming-pool.All accommodation has a comfortable living-room with sofa-bed, satellite television, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine with tumble drier. There is also a covered terrace for outside dining. Cot and highchairs £24 per week per item. Security deposit payable on arrival €750.
