With superb views over the town and countryside, it is close to the restaurants and shops in this beautiful area, whilst the beaches of Puerto Pollensa are just 10 min drive away. Set in spacious, partly lawned grounds with a good sized private swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.2m to 2.2m, with roman steps) bordered by sun terraces, there is also a shaded dining terrace and BBQ area, as well as a rooftop solarium (reached by outside steps). Inside, Coster Tomeu is spacious and comfortably furnished in a bright, modern style. It is ideal for guests who do not want to use their car all the time as the shops and restaurants of gorgeous Pollensa are within easy walking distance.

One storey. Lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with fridge, full cooker and microwave. Two twin and one double bedrooms, full bathroom. Further shower/WC with washing machine. BBQ and outdoor dining area. Air conditioning and heating in 2 bedrooms included at no extra charge.

Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 2 May 2008, Saturday changeovers from 10 May onwards.
