Villa Description

Two km from the Gironde beaches, 1.5 km from the centre of Verdon sur Mer, for all restaurants and shops, and 3 km from the ocean beaches. The resort of Le Verdon sur Mer has two beautiful beaches, three lighthouses and four ports. At the ‘Pointe de Grave’, the water of the ocean and that of the Gironde meet together and create a unique spectacle. Vast white sandy Atlantic coast beaches are nearly 40 km long and are a paradise for all water sports including surfing, body boarding, sand sailing, water skiing and swimming. Nestled in the heart of magnificent forests and dunes, with numerous cycle and hiking paths, this is a superb place to relax, stroll or partake in sporting activities. In summer a small train runs between the forest and the ocean (July and August only). Must do things include sailing on the estuary, visiting the beautiful Cordouan lighthouse and Port Bloc with its fisherman's market. The Bordelais vineyards are a short drive for wine enthusiasts and the resort of Lacanau 70 km is also within easy reach. International airport: Bordeaux 96 km.

This superb complex is made up of traditional style semi detached houses of the region. Shared facilities include a large heated outdoor pool (10 x 15m), a children's paddling pool and terraces for sunbathing, children's games area, petanque surface, ping pong table and plenty of parking.
Each cottage has a living room with satellite TV and well equipped kitchenette with hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave/grill. Each has a small garden and terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Reception area on site. Laundry services available. Cot and highchairs £24 per week per item. Security deposit payable on arrival 260 euros.

Accomodation is as follows: 1 bedroom semi detached cottage. Living room with double sofa bed. Bed 1: double or 2 singles. Bathroom, separate WC.
