This very comfortable, traditional villa enjoys an enviable location, set in extensive grounds just 3 or 4 minutes’ walk down a pathway from the lovely sandy cove of Cala Gracioneta (where there is a beach bar and restaurant, plus several others nearby). There is also a handy nearby bus stop with a regular service into the bright lights of San Antonio, 3 km away, so car hire is not essential, although it would be useful if you want to explore further afield. El Sueno has an unusual design, with a large, child friendly L shaped swimming pool (12m x 5m, depth 0.6, to 1.6m) and sun terrace at the front of the house, spacious and shady gardens at the rear, plus a 1st floor solarium/terrace with BBQ. Inside, it is attractively furnished and spacious, making this a perfect holiday home close to all amenities.

Two storeys. From the pool and sun terraces the front door leads into a lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and CD player, and patio doors opening onto the rear terrace and garden. Fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, one double and two twin bedrooms, plus two full bathrooms. Upstairs (via an external staircase) is a further double bedroom with air-conditioning and shower/WC, plus a further sun terrace with BBQ. Free safe. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Central heating for cooler months.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
