Villa Description

Set in spacious, private lawned gardens with lots of colourful flowers and shrubs, this charming and atmospheric, traditional Mallorcan house is ideally located just 1 km from the sea and 2.5 km from the beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa. Historic Pollensa Town is approx. 6 km away, whilst the old walled town of Alcudia is just 5 km. Ideal for families or a group of friends, Esperanca offers both sunny and shaded terraces, as well as a as well as a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2m, with roman steps) and a beautiful vine-covered veranda and dining terrace with BBQ. Inside the villa is deceptively large, cool, comfortable and traditionally furnished, with lots of nik-naks and antiques, and feels like a real home from home rather than a holiday villa.

Two storeys. Lounge with satellite TV and DVD player, separate dining room, kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, downstairs bathroom. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms, one double and one single (all with fans), shower/WC and further full bathroom.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 2 May 2008, Saturday changeovers from 10 May onwards.
