Single storey villa on a residential hillside known locally as “La Montagne” above Beaune, set in large well maintained wooded grounds, with views to the rooftops of Beaune. Private south facing swimming pool 10 x 4 x 1.2-2m depth with retractable security cover which can be opened on warm days or left closed to keep the water warm in cooler weather. BBQ.
