The world famous Loire chateau are about an hour and a half drive and Mont St Michel is worth a day trip on the Brittany coast. (2 hour drive). Le Mans famous for its 24hour race is also only 20km. International airport: Tours 110 km.  Magnificent open views from this very picturesque well presented country barn conversion. Extensive gardens with lawns and well maintained flowerbeds. An ideal retreat for those who wish to escape the rat race. Swimming pool with security cover 12 x 6 x 1.2-2m is sometimes shared by owners who lives onsite in a neighbouring property. Pool cannot be seen from owners property. Privacy however is assured. BBQ. Exposed woodwork within the high quality interior is enhanced by modern amenities. Bed 3: 2 singles with spiral stairs (Japanese style open on the side) to mezzanine area with a further 2 singles. (One is more suitable for children) Beds 2 and 3 are connected by bathroom /WC. Bed 4: 2 single (can be double)with en-suite shower and WC. Bed 5: 2 singles with en-suite shower/ WC. Bed 6: 2 singles (can be double) with en-suite shower and WC. Cot and highchair on request. Linen included.
