Spacious sitting/dining room with wood-burner sofa and 4 armchairs satellite TV (UK Channels) and hi-fi dining table and chairs. Very large kitchen table and benches microwave dishwasher washing machine and drier. Sep WC. Small Bed 1: single. Open-tread stairs lead from sitting room to attic Bed 2: double and single ensuite bath/WC. Three further bedrooms in adjoining ground floor wing. Bed 3: double. Bed 4: 2 narrow singles Bed 5: 2 wide singles; ensuite shower/WC also has outside access allowing it to be used by Beds 3 and 4. Two cots babygate and two highchairs all on request. Min 2 week lets.
