Loads of space for children to play in the lawned and rough grass garden with pool 10 x 5 x 0.75-2m depth with security fence; summer pool cover. South facing covered terrace with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols, and low wall and gates separating house from rest of garden and pool. Table tennis. BBQ.

Furnished with both traditional and modern pieces, most rooms have french windows onto terrace. Spacious sitting/dining room with wood-burner, sofa and 4 armchairs, satellite TV (UK Channels) and hi-fi, dining table and chairs. Very large kitchen, table and benches, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. Sep WC. Small Bed 1: single. Open-tread stairs lead from sitting room to attic Bed 2: double and single, ensuite bath/WC. Three further bedrooms in adjoining ground floor wing. Bed 3: double. Bed 4: 2 narrow singles, Bed 5: 2 wide singles; ensuite shower/WC also has outside access allowing it to be used by Beds 3 and 4. Two cots, babygate and two highchairs, all on request. Min 2 week lets.
