Faro Park is a superior development of modern, detached villas with private pools, in a quiet residential area just 400 m from the beach, 200 m from a small selection of shops and restaurants and 2.5 km from the resort centre (which is easily reached on foot along the pretty coastline promenade). There is also a large community swimming pool at Faro Park – ideal for families with children who want to be sociable. The villas are built to a high standard and have air conditioning/heating in the lounge and master bedroom at no extra charge.

Car hire is useful, but not essential here, as most amenities are within walking distance. The area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, the unspoiled beaches of Papagayo, Teguise golf course or exploring the island. One storey. Mature garden, sun terraces and private pool (7m x 3m, depth 1.6m to 1.8m, with ladder). Spacious lounge/dining room with vaulted ceiling, satellite TV, DVD and patio doors to shaded veranda and BBQ. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Twin bedroom, master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, further shower/WC. Free safe.
