Antique front door leads from the parking area into a hallway with cloakroom. Double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. Beautiful lounge with lots of comfortable seating satellite TV DVD player and patio doors. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Separate dining room and utility room with washing machine. Upstairs are a further twin and double bedroom (with access to a private balcony) plus a full bathroom with spa bath. The lovely lawned garden is bordered by trees and shrubs whilst the private swimming pool is reached by a couple of steps. There is a long shaded veranda and dining terrace plus a BBQ. Air conditioning/heating - €100 per week payable locally on arrival if required. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
