In a peaceful location, this house is set back from country road with just a few other houses nearby, all carefully placed for privacy, surrounded by vineyards, fields and woodland. Garden with covered terrace and built-in BBQ to front of house. Large rear enclosed grass garden with children’s swings and sunny terrace with awning. Pool 9 x 4 x 1-1.9m depth with rigid security cover and security alarm, 1m safety ledge all around and saline treatment system. Outside poolhouse with shower. Views over fields beyond. Discreet, friendly owner may live in separately accessed loft studio above property and does not use the garden or pool but can occasionally be seen maintaining them. An excellent choice for a relaxed family holiday.

Living room with sliding windows to pool terrace, 2 sofas and armchairs, open fire and TV. Dining room with table and chairs for 6, wood-burner, sliding windows to both pool terrace and front garden. Fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, door to front terrace, dishwasher, microwave, small pantry with washing machine. Lobby leading to sep WC. Bed 1: double. Bed 2: double, ensuite shower. Bed 3: bunk beds (can be separated into 2 singles if requested in advance). Bath/WC. Open-tread stairs with stairgate at bottom lead from living room directly into Bed 4: single and wide single, low window with protective railings. Cot and highchair on request. For 2008 towels are not provided at this property - please take your own.
