It is reached by a small lane and is quite private even with a neighbouring villa situated across the road. With a private swimming pool( 6m x 4m depth 1.1m to 2.1m with ladder) and an attractive partly lawned garden bordered by high hedges and plum pear orange and lemon trees it offers cosy accommodation in a peaceful rural location yet within easy reach of the shops restaurants and beaches. There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace as well as attractive BBQ area whilst inside the house is comfortably furnished for a couple or family with children. Single storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD kitchen with microwave (washing machine in BBQ area) 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom. Free safe. Outside steps to roof terrace with panoramic views. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen weekly. Saturday changeover.
