La Granja is a small development of recently built 3 bedroom villas in a quiet residential area each with their own private swimming pool (7m x 3m depth 1m to 1.8m with ladder heated in Winter) and spacious sun terraces. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished in a bright modern style and very well equipped. Situated in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca La Granja is just 600m from the beach shops and restaurants as well as the stylish marina of Puerto Rubicon. The traditional resort centre harbour and main shopping area are just over 1 km away so the villas are ideal for anyone who doesn’t want to use a car all the time. Each house is built on a large plot so has plenty of space as well as privacy from its neighbour. They are ideal for families looking for good quality accommodation in an excellent location. Playa Blanca has a very relaxed atmosphere and is less busy than Puerto del Carmen but is very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park the stunning Papagayo beach or even taking the short ferry trip to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The superb new marina of Puerto Rubicon is just 10 minutes' walk away and offers a large selection of cafes bars and restaurants - it is actually livelier than the old (and nearer) resort centre should you want this! One Storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD and CD players fully fitted kitchen with hob/oven fridge freezer microwave washing machine and dishwasher double bedroom with en suite bathroom two twin bedrooms and further bathroom with shower/WC.
