It is very secluded and peaceful here yet the beach at Fuengirola is only 7 kms away. Built on just one level with a shaded dining veranda and BBQ area at the front as well as a lawned garden bordered by orange and lemon trees the house is ideal for couples or smaller families looking for a comfortable villa with sea views. The garden is completely fenced and gated. The peaceful situation of La Granja belies the easy access to the restaurants shops and bars of Mijas as well as the proximity of the beaches and nightlife of lively Fuengirola. One storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and CD player kitchen with microwave utility room with washing machine. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom 1 twin and 1 single bedroom plus a further bathroom. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
