Villa La Luna enjoys a slightly elevated position with partial views of the coast and the Penon d’Ifach from some of its terraces. It is just 1 km from a small cove 3 km from the main beach and centre of Moraira and just 2 min walk from a restaurant and 5 min from a supermarket. There are spacious terraces offering both sun and shade around the swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m) with an impressive covered BBQ area. Inside the villa is bright and spacious with comfortable furnishings in a pretty mixture of modern and rustic styles. The larger resort of Calpe is just 10 min drive away whilst the many attractions of Benidorm (including terra Mittica theme park) is approx. 20-25 min drive. A few steps lead from the parking area to a large shaded veranda and the pool area. One storey. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV DVD and CD players and ceiling fan modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar microwave dishwasher and washing machine. There is one twin and one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
