This most attractive and comfortable modern villa is set in a peaceful location on a hillside residential development 3 km from the centre of Nerja and less than 1 km from the nearest beach. The house is very spacious and there are several different areas offering both sun and shade for enjoying outdoor living. Due to the number of steps in this house Ladera del Mar 26 is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There is a small local restaurant 300m away plus several others within 15 mins walk so you don't need to use your car all the time. From the parking area approx 30 steps lead up to the swimming pool with a few more steps up to the large dining and sun terrace (with fantastic views) which stretches around most of the house. Entrance into a spacious lounge/dining room with air conditioning enclosed fireplace satellite TV DVD and CD players. Open plan fitted kitchen with full cooker fridge microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room by the pool). One air conditioned double bedroom with en suite shower/WC. Upstairs are a full bathroom and two bedrooms (twin and double) both with air conditioning and a large balcony with panoramic sea views. BBQ to side of the house. Air conditioning and heating is included at no extra charge. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
