Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and post office can be found just 3 km away in the nearby medieval town of Puy-L’Eveque on the banks of the river Lot. The ancient town of Cahors, famous for its wine and medieval bridge, is 35 km. Further north the famous Rocamadour 70 km is built into a spectacular cliff and also worth a visit. Canoes for hire all along this part of the Lot valley. This whole region is a delight with its châteaux, winding rivers and gastronomic delicacies.
