Located in the small hamlet of Loupiac in the Lot valley famous for wine-making and considered by some as the undiscovered jewel of South West France. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and post office can be found just 3 km away in the nearby medieval town of Puy-L’Eveque on the banks of the river Lot. The ancient town of Cahors, famous for its wine and medieval bridge, is 35 km. Further north the famous Rocamadour 70 km is built into a spectacular cliff and also worth a visit. Canoes for hire all along this part of the Lot valley. This whole region is a delight with its châteaux, winding rivers and gastronomic delicacies. Originally the Parsonage for the church in Loupiac, which used to be situated in the square at the bottom of the garden, this rustic house dates back to 1832, however sections of the lower level are from mediaeval times. Secluded fully enclosed garden with private pool 8 x 4 x 1.0 - 1.5m and security cover, relaxing lounging terrace, gas BBQ and a fascinating fenced natural pond at the bottom of the garden which is home to an array of wildlife. (Care with small children needed). Brick-built storage shed; not for client’s use. Private off-road parking.

Recently renovated whilst retaining its original features including exposed oak beams, tiled terracotta floors and large feature open fireplace. Lower ground floor houses kitchen with American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
