Villa Description

This large and comfortable family house provides spacious holiday accommodation with a separate annexe for a larger party. The large pool with a separate paddling area is set at the rear of the house and has an outside shower/WC. There is a built-in BBQ and covered dining area. Inside the villa is comfortably furnished especially the living room and is well-equipped. Set in the heart of Santa Maria the villa is approx 2 kms from shops restaurants and the beach. Ground floor: open plan living/dining room/kitchen with microwave cloakroom/WC 2 twins 1 double with en suite bathroom separate bathroom. Exterior access to simply furnished lower level annexe: 2 twin bedrooms 1 shower room. Maid service and linen change weekly. Saturday changeover.
