Just over 1 km from the village of Frigiliana and reached by 700m of cemented track this recently built spacious comfortable and well equipped villa enjoys an elevated position with commanding views of the countryside and down to the coast from its balcony. Extensive sun terraces (with BBQ) bordered by avocado and banana trees surround the pool and there is plenty of space for sunbathing. With high walls on one side and trees on the other there is plenty of privacy around the private swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1.2m to 1.8m with roman steps). Well furnished and attractively decorated Los Verdiales is a good choice for anyone wanting a villa with privacy yet close to the village. The beaches bars and restaurants of Nerja are approx 7 km away. The house is built into the hillside and all the living accommodation is on the upper floor reached by steps from the pool area. Spacious lounge/dining room with wood burning stove basic satellite TV and patio doors opening onto a very large furnished balcony (partly covered). Archway to fully fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in cupboard off balcony). One double and 2 twin bedrooms full bathroom and further shower/WC. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
