Along with its identical neighbour Villa Elena, Lucia is a newly built well equipped house in a residential area close to the lovely cove of Cala en Brut. and just 700m (in either direction) from the larger resorts and beaches of Cala en Forcat and Cala en Blanes where there is a wealth of shops bars restaurants and fine sandy beaches as well as a water park for families. The very convenient location of villa Lucia makes it an ideal choice for families with so many amenities close at hand. Car hire is not essential here. Historic Ciutadella with its beautiful port fine buildings and superb restaurants is just 4 km away making this an ideal location for a relaxing villa holiday with all amenities close at hand. The superb ‘virgin’ beaches of Algaiarens are approx. 15 km away and well worth visiting. One storey. Front garden leading to entrance. Tastefully furnished lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV DVD player and patio doors onto sun terrace and pool. Modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer full cooker microwave and dishwasher. Garden with BBQ to front and side of house with swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1.1m to 1.9m with roman steps) and sun terraces at rear. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen weekly.
