Na Burguera is an old farmhouse that has been tastefully converted into a spacious holiday villa. Set just 1 km down a country lane from Cala d’Or marina (where there are many bars restaurants and shops) and just 2 km from the main resort centre and beaches it is ideal for families requiring privacy and proximity to all amenities. The gated and raised pool ( 7m x 5m depth 1.5m to 1.7m with ladder) and separate children’s pool are reached by a few steps and are bordered by sun terraces and offer good views over the countryside whilst there is also a small lawned area and BBQ for al fresco dining. Recently renovated and comfortably furnished Na Burguera offers plenty of room making it ideal for larger families or a group of friends. Whilst Cala d’Or is only just down the road the pretty winding country lanes connect the house to several nearby villages where there is always a more relaxing pace and friendly welcome from the locals as well as typical restaurants and small family shops. Two storeys. Large hallway and reception lounge area leads into a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer full cooker microwave and washing machine and then into a dining/sitting room with basic satellite TVand DVD. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are 2 twin bedrooms and a further double plus 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
