Villa Naikida is situated on a hillside with superb views in a quiet residential area between Mijas (5km) and Fuengirola (7km) and consists of two separate buildings which are not let separately. The main house is an imposing villa with a beautiful lounge shaded veranda pretty lawned garden and swimming pool (10m x 5m with large shallow area. Pool is reached via a flight of steps down from the main terrace) whilst the cottage is set 60m back from the main house and is only opened up for bookings of 8 or more people making a very affordable and desirable larger property for 2 families or a group of friends. Main house - two storeys (Sleeps 7). Spacious lounge/dining room with air conditioning satellite TV DVD and doors to long veranda and dining terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Fitted kitchen with microwave washing machine and dishwasher. One bunk bedded room with extra bed (for children only) cloakroom/WC. Further sitting area with spiral staircase up to a double bedroom with air conditioning TV balcony and en suite bathroom. Further double bedroom with en suite bathroom is accessed from the covered terrace. Cottage – one storey (Sleeps 7) Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen (with satellite TV hob and fridge) double bedroom bunk bedded room with extra bed shower/WC. Access from the terrace to a further double bedroom and en suite shower/WC. Air conditioning: €70 per week. Pool heating €150 per week - both payable locally on arrival if required. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Any day arrivals.
