The ancient town of Cahors famous for its wine and medieval bridge is 35 km. Further north the famous Rocamadour 70 km is built into a spectacular cliff and also worth a visit. Canoes for hire all along this part of the Lot valley. This whole region is a delight with its châteaux winding rivers and gastronomic delicacies. Originally the Parsonage for the church in Loupiac which used to be situated in the square at the bottom of the garden this rustic house dates back to 1832 however sections of the lower level are from mediaeval times. An independent house located next door to house making it ideal for larger parties or 2 families travelling together.
