El Portet is a pretty bay with a sandy beach just 2 km from the centre of Moraira. With just a few shops and restaurants it is quieter than its neighbour whilst the pine-clad hills behind are dotted with private villas. Villa Pamela stands on this residential hillside approx. 800m from the beach. The beach can be busy in high season but in the evenings and at other times of the year it is relatively undiscovered and very handy. This is a bright modern well-equipped house with panoramic views of the hills from its terraces kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) and upstairs veranda. It is a good choice for holidaymakers wanting a quiet holiday home within easy reach of the beach and all the amenities of Moraira. The house is on one level with steps down to the pool and sun terraces. Entrance through a spacious shaded veranda with BBQ into lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD. Modern kitchen with microwave and washing machine. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom sharing a shower/WC. Further double bedroom with twin mattresses ceiling fan and ensuite bath/WC. There is a room at pool level which is closed off for the owner's possessions. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
