Villa Description

Pequena Colina is a spacious very comfortable villa set in over one acre of private grounds in an elevated peaceful position with stunning views across the countryside to the Atlantic. Just 15 min drive from the beaches it is also only 1 km from the shops and restaurants of Santa Barbara whilst the larger towns of Loule and Faro are also within easy reach. Accessed via a short track this is a tranquil spot with pretty landscaped and lawned gardens filled with flowers and fruit trees. The gated private swimming pool (10m x 5m depth 1.2m - 2m) and sun terraces are reached by a few steps from the long shaded dining veranda and there is a BBQ to the side of the villa. Inside the house is very spacious and comfortably furnished in a bright modern style with good amenities. One storey. Split level lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD/CD player and patio doors to the veranda fitted kitchen with microwave washing machine and dishwasher. One double and two twin bedrooms each with fans two with en suite bathroom and one with shower/WC - two also have patio doors leading to the terrace. Heating is provided for the cooler months. Cleaning provided five times a week linen and towels changed weekly. Thursday changeover.
