The old town of Javea is approx. 9 km away whilst the main Arenal beach is 5 kms.. Two storeys. From the shaded veranda doors lead into a lounge/dining room with cable TV DVD and CD player plus a modern fitted kitchen with microwave and washing machine. There are 1 twin and 1 double on the ground floor plus a full bathroom. Upstairs is a master double with ensuite bathroom. A few steps lead down from the veranda to the kidney shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with ladder) BBQ area and spacious sun terraces. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Friday changeover.
