Set in beautiful countryside overlooking the fields and woods S’Era D’es Pou is just over 1 km from the pretty village of Cas Concos (where there is a small selection of family-run shops and restaurants) and 12 km (10 mins drive) from beaches and amenities of Cala d’Or. The house itself is peaceful spacious and comfortable with superb views over the countryside from its pool (9m x 4m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) and terraces. From the impressive dining terrace BBQ and utility room with shower and washing machine steps lead down to the large swimming pool and extensive sun terraces. Inside the stone-built villa is comfortably furnished and very spacious with a cool bright ambience. Although this villa is in a secluded and idyllic rural setting it is no more than 15 min drive to the towns of Santanyi and Felanitx or indeed to the beaches of Cala D’or or the very beautiful unspoiled coves of Cala Mondrago whilst there are also several other attractive villages in the area as well as Vall D’or golf course. Highly recommended for families or a group of friends looking for privacy tranquility and easy access to the beach and amenities of the resorts nearby. Two storeys.  Large wooden doors open from the main terrace to a spacious lounge with basic satellite TV and DVD dining room and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer full cooker and microwave. There is 1 twin and 1 double bedroom plus a full bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 further twins and a bathroom plus a large balcony with views over the pool and countryside. Weekly cleaning and linen change.
