This recently built development of just 15 linked and terraced villas is very conveniently situated just 100m from Matagorda beach and 150m from the nearest bars restaurants and shopping centre. Built into the hillside with sea views Salinas de Matagorda offers spacious comfortable accommodation with the added advantage of private swimming pools (each 6m x 3m depth 1.1m to 1.8m with ladder). Each house is well equipped and also has its own sun terrace BBQ and private parking and is ideal for those looking for a villa close to the beach and all amenities. Puerto del Carmen with its lively bars excellent beach shopping and good nightlife is just 3km away whilst the area is also very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park Teguise golf course or exploring the island. Three bedroom villa - one or two levels. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and video (DVD player on request) fitted kitchen with microwave dishwasher and washing machine 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms 2 bathrooms sun terraces and swimming pool with sea views. Two storey villas have a spiral staircase leading to the double bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with sea views (twins and other bathroom are downstairs).  One storey villas are quieter but do not have such good views.  Please let us know whether you prefer one or two storeys.
