Villa Description

This small attractive villa is handily situated in a mature residential area just 4 km from the main beach and relatively unspoiled and relaxing centre of Moraira and just 500m from the nearest supermarket and restaurant. Traditionally furnished on 2 levels Villa Stefan enjoys superb views of the sea and the Penon d’Ifach from its swimming pool (8m x 3.5m depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) terraces and balcony whilst there are spacious sun terraces all around the pool area with some welcome shade from a large tree. There is also an outdoor dining area with BBQ. A spacious and convenient villa suitable for couples or a small family (not for very young children because of the bedrooms being on different levels). The lively resort and superb golden beach of Calpe is just 7 km away whilst there are several small coves a little closer to hand. Two storeys. On the upper (entrance) level area is a spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD player leading onto a conservatory and balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine double bedroom and full bathroom. At the lower (pool) level is a twin with ensuite shower/WC (this room is accessed via an external pathway and steps from the front of the house and is not therefore suitable for young children).  There is also a spiral staircase leading up to a rooftop solarium with panoramic views. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
