International airports Tours 119 km/Nantes 154 km. This lovely stone pavilion is set in the extensive wooded grounds of the breathtaking Château la Motte Henry. Just 10m from the pavilion is the orangerie of which our clients have priority use and which has indoor BBQ and table tennis. Access from here to the fenced lake – boat and fishing rods can be provided. Adjacent to orangerie is the beautiful walled pool garden accessed by lockable gate or door. Main pool 10 x 4 x 1.0-2.0m depth additional children’s pool 2 x 4 x 0.4m depth and ornamental fountains set in magnificent formal and totally enclosed gardens which are all for clients use. Pool shared occasionally with owner. Pool can be heated on request at the extra cost of €75 per day. Central heating is also available at the cost of €75 per week. These costs are payable locally. Outdoor BBQ. The house is beautifully and tastefully furnished throughout in a style befitting a house in the 27 acre grounds of a château! Living/dining area with sofa armchairs double sofa-bed TV dining furniture for 6. Light and airy kitchen with dishwasher washing machine and microwave.
