The open plan kitchen / dining room opens at the front of the property onto an extensive and partly covered dining terrace with panoramic views right across Mellieha Bay and out to sea. The villa itself is simply but adequately furnished with a modern kitchen and cable TV. The kitchen has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms at extra charge. Exterior steps to first floor: open plan hall/living room leading to dining room/kitchen with microwave and opening onto dining balcony cloakroom/WC with washing machine. Upstairs: 1 double with ensuite shower 2 twins bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Cable TV portable BBQ.  Exterior steps to gated pool. Air-conditioning available in all bedrooms at additional LM8 (approx £13) per day for all units payable locally. Maid service and linen change weekly. Saturday changeover.
