There are superb sea views from the private pool (7m x 4m depth 0.8m to 2m with ladder) extensive sun terraces shaded dining area with BBQ and upstairs bedroom. Moraira with its large sandy beach is just 4 km away whilst there are several restaurants and a supermarket within 5 min walk. Two storeys. A shaded rear terrace and driveway leads to the front door and then into a dining room basic kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside). A spacious lounge with satellite TV and DVD player opens onto the pool terrace with sea views. Also downstairs are one twin 2 single and a double bedrooms plus a full bathroom. Upstairs is a gallery seating area plus a further twin bedroom with outstanding coastal views and a shower/WC. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
