Situated on the edge of a tiny hamlet, in a rural setting between Nantes and the coast, this beautiful C15th Manor and its cottage have been carefully renovated retaining its original character whilst adding modern comforts. Grass garden and terraces in front and at rear of both properties enable you to make the most of the peaceful setting! Heated indoor pool 9 x 4 x 1.10 -2.0 m depth. BBQ, table tennis, swing and sandpit.

The Manor and the Cottage are available as one large property during the season. Manor: Entrance from small terrace at the rear of property into large living/dining area furnished in a modern rustic style with table and chairs and sitting area with large fireplace. Light and spacious kitchen with handmade fitted units, dishwasher, microwave, door to garden. Utility room with washing machine and WC. Beautifully restored open tread staircase (no handrails) to the 1st floor. Separate WC. Bed 1: double with sink. 2 steps down (careful low headroom) to staircase and shower cubicle. These stairs lead to door to indoor pool which can be locked. Spacious rustic sitting room with comfortable sofas, wooden coffee table and open fire. TV/DVD. 3 steps down to Bed 2: 2 singles (which can be pushed together) and mezzanine with 2 single mattresses accessed via ladder with limited headroom. Access from Bed 2 leading to Bed 3: 1 single (only suitable for a child) leading to bathroom/WC. Stairs to 2nd floor (limited headroom). Bed 4: Four poster style double and ladder to small built in bunk bed suitable for a child. Bed 5: double. Bathroom. Sep WC. Stairs to 3rd floor (with steep steps and no handrail) to reading room. Cottage: Entrance from terrace to heated indoor pool with access to garden on both sides. Door to open plan fully equipped kitchen with doors to both front and rear terraces. Six steps up then six steps down to Bed 1: 2 singles. TV/DVD. Sep WC. Stairs to 1st floor. Bed 2: double with beams. Bath/WC. Bed 3: 2 singles with low window. Cots and highchair on request.
