Next door to its bigger sister Torrentera Gran, Petita is a pretty stone villa that has recently been upgraded by its proud owners. Set in spacious grounds on three sides the house is handily situated in a quiet cul de sac on the outskirts of Pollensa Town just a few min walk from the central plaza with its many restaurants interesting shops and tapas bars. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are approx. 5 km away. Torrentera Petita is adjacent to Torrentera Gran but the grounds are separated by walls and high hedges so each house is quite private yet can be booked with its neighbour for larger parties. Petita is comfortably and stylishly furnished in local style and has many character features such as exposed beamed ceilings and interesting local artefacts. The swimming pool (6m x 3m depth 1m to 2.1m with stone steps) is bordered by sun terraces and lawns whilst there is also a shaded dining terrace by the pool and a BBQ area at the rear. Highly recommended for guests who want an air conditioned villa within easy walking distance of shops bars and restaurants. One storey (with mezzanine). Lounge/dining room with fireplace satellite TV and DVD fitted kitchen with full cooker fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. Double bedroom and en suite bathroom. Twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Upstairs is an open plan mezzanine bedroom with twin beds great fun for slightly older children. The two main bedrooms are air conditioned/heated  included at no extra charge. Twice weekly cleaning and towel change linen once. Anyday arrivals between 22 March - 2 May 2008 Saturday changeovers from 10 May onwards.
