The centre of Le Boulou is a short walk for shops and restaurants tennis and bike hire. This busy crossroads is only 20 km from the well-known coastline the ‘Cote Vermeille’ to the east and even nearer to the Pyrenees to the west. Divide your days between sea fishing trips and scuba diving or touring the mountains in the car on a mountain bike or on foot. Golf at St Cyprien 20 km and the full range of watersports at Argeles-sur-Mer (20 min) and neighbouring beaches. Ceret is 7 km and in the foothills of the Pyrenees proud of its links with Matisse and Picasso through its modern art museum. A taste of Spain is only a few mins away and the jewel of the Costa Brava Barcelona is only 90 min by car. International airport: Perpignan 30 km/Gerona 50 km. This centrally placed town house on a quiet back road is cosily surrounded by its neighbours belying its close proximity to the busy centre of Le Boulou. It has double entrance gates to lovely pool area and paved terrace. Two trees near the house give welcome midday shade. Private pool with security cover 9 x 4 x 1.5m overall depth partially overlooked by the upper floors of discreet neighbouring properties. Small back gravelled garden area. BBQ. Parking within the gates. Long original tiled hallway with sitting room open fire (not used) TV/DVD/CD. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher microwave table 4 chairs walk-in pantry and washing machine. Dining room with period table and chairs leading to shower/WC. Bed 1: single. Stone stairs to Bed 2: double view to pool and facing properties french doors to terrace store (not for clients’ use) and steps down to garden and pool. Bed 3: double view to pool walk-in wardrobe with hand-basin accessible from both Bed 2 and Bed 3. To the rear of the property is Bed 4: single with roof terrace overlooking the neighbours houses. Bed 5: double. Shower/WC. Garage locked and not for clients’ use. Cot and highchair on request. Saturday start July and August. Any day start (min 4 nights)in all other periods.
