Villa Marandi is just a short drive from the beaches along the coast road leading from Polis to Pomos with small supermarkets and restaurants also dotted along this road. Polis itself with its wider selection of shops and restaurants is within 10 minutes drive. This brand new villa has been built as a private Cypriot family home and furnished and equipped to a standard rarely seen in a holiday villa. Most remarkable on arrival at the villa is the extensive open terrace at the rear which offers uninterrupted views across the Bay of Polis to the Akamas peninsula in the distance. In the centre of this terrace is the huge free-form swimming pool which can be entered by roman steps at the shallow end. The pool’s dimensions of 13.6m x 8m are measured at longest and widest points. Outside the living room the terrace is partly-covered to provide shade and furnished with comfortable rattan furniture. Inside the villa is furnished to a high standard with a large comfortable living room with satellite TV dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room and there is even a sauna room which is available for clients’ use for an additional charge payable locally directly to the owner. All rooms have air-conditioning which is available at an additional charge payable locally. Ground floor: open-plan well-equipped kitchen and dining room with microwave dishwasher washing machine leading to large living room with satellite TV. Cloakroom/WC 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower room and 1 double with en suite bathroom. First floor: small sitting room with satellite TV and leading to sauna room and master double with picture window and en suite bathroom 2 further double bedrooms with TV and en suite shower room. All bedrooms open onto terrace or balcony. BBQ satellite TV CD / DVD player. Maid service and linen change twice weekly. Cot and high chair available. Air conditioning available in all rooms for additional charge of €6 per unit per day payable locally. Use of the sauna room available for additional charge of €8 per hour payable locally. Any changeover day minimum stay 5 nights.
