This stunning, large villa built of local stone is perfectly located in a valley, providing lovely views over the hills. Large, partially enclosed, beautifully landscaped gardens with lawns and trees surround the villa. The first floor covered terrace provides shade and wonderful views making it perfect for enjoying al fresco dining in the evening. The swimming pool is enclosed with a double security alarm, 12.2 x 6.4 x 1.2-1.9m depth. BBQ and basic summer kitchen.

At the garden level there is a large garage with enough space for 3 cars to park, it also houses a few private rooms not for clients use. Stairs lead to an upper level with a washing machine. The first floor is accessed by external stairs and opens into a large hallway. Living/dining room equipped with a TV, DVD, french windows leading directly out to terrace. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and further dining area. Bed 1: double. Bed 2: double, TV. Bed 3: 2 singles and cot/child’s bed. All three bedrooms have views out over the pretty garden. Bathroom. Sep WC. A door leads to the cellar and also houses the wooden staircase leading to the second floor. Bed 4: 2 singles. Bed 5: 2 singles. Bath/WC. Pets on request. Security deposit: €400 cash, payable locally. Bed linen and towels available on request, €12 per person per week, payable locally.
