A quietly situated, relaxing home in a tiny hamlet, surrounded by countryside, which ranges from pretty glades to spectacular panoramas of rolling hills. Small grassed garden with pleasant views. The main entrance to the property is on the first floor, accessed by stone steps leading up from the patio. Small but well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. One step up to open plan living/dining room with three sofas, wood-burning stove, SKY satellite TV with full sports packages, CD player, IPOD docking speakers, exposed beams and glazed door leading onto a balcony with wooden balustrade, which has a gate leading down steps to the garden. Dining area has table and chairs. Three steps up from the living room lead to Bed 1: double overlooking the patio with ensuite shower/WC. Stairs, open on one side for 3 steps only, lead from the dining area to landing and Bed 2: king-size. Bed 3: double. Bath/WC. Bed 4: large double bedroom with spectacular valley views, exposed beams and large ensuite shower/WC. Bed 5: 2 narrow singles. Please note that parties of up to 6 do not have access to the fourth and fifth bedrooms and they will be closed. Cellar with washing machine, second fridge and separate freezer accessed by separate outside door.
