Situated in beautiful rolling countryside the ancient farmstead of Kervegnan Bian is tranquillity itself. Set in 2 acres, these four properties, two detached and two semi-detached, have been carefully renovated to retain their character (some parts are C15th). All 4 properties have use of a shared covered pool 10 x 5 x 1-1.25m depth.

Exposed granite walls, beamed ceilings, and huge stone fireplaces combined with simple furnishings create the perfect combination for an enjoyable stay. Each has its own private area of garden with BBQ plus extensive shared grass areas for games, boules pitch and paved basketball plot. Spacious gravel parking area. Cots and highchairs on request for all 4 properties. Shared use of washing machine.

The Farm House (attached to the Farm Cottage). Large sitting/dining room with open fire (logs may be purchased locally), sofa and armchairs, dining furniture, satellite TV (UK channels inc BBC). Fitted kitchen area, partly screened by stairs, with dishwasher and microwave. Stairs with stairgate to 1st floor: Bed 1: 4 poster double, ensuite bath/WC. Bed 2: 2 singles. Bed 3: 2 singles. Bed 4: single. Bath/WC.
